Description:
The Type 15 Exklusiv metal staircase impresses with its high stability and fire-retardant performance. Tested to EN 1363 and EN 1634, it can be classified in fire resistance class EI230 and therefore prevents the spread of fire for at least 30 minutes. With its 38 cm-high frame box, the Type 15 Exklusiv is ideal for thick ceilings.
Flexible Design:
The Type 15 Exklusiv attic ladder is available in five different sizes. It is suitable for ceiling openings measuring 110×70, 120×60, 120×70, 130×70 and 140×70 cm. For the 130×70 cm and 140×70 cm sizes, you can also choose the ladder height yourself. You can choose between a maximum room height of 275 and 300 cm.
Sustainable use:
The metal stringers and treads of the Type 15 Exklusiv are coated with a white powder finish that not only looks elegant but also protects the material from wear. The steel safety handrail and the lightly grooved treads always ensure a safe and comfortable ascent to your attic.
