TYPE 18 UNIVERS (electric)

Maximum comfort is provided by the Type 18 Univers electric loft staircase from Minka. Thanks to the built-in motor, this scissor staircase can be easily retracted and extended by remote control. The power supply is very easy via a socket where the stairs are plugged in. In addition, the Type 18 Univers has a fire-retardant effect of 30 minutes, tested according to EN 1363 and EN 1634.

Flexible Design:

The fully automatic floor staircase Type 18 Univers is available in four different sizes. With dimensions of 120×60, 120×70, 130×70 or 140×70 cm, it is suitable for different ceiling openings. The scissors can be extended so far that a total room height of a maximum of 2900 mm can be achieved.

The lower lid of the Type 18 Univers is kept in a simple white. Thus, when closed, it blends inconspicuously into the roomscape. The staircase itself is provided with a black or white powder coating.

Sustainable use:

This attic staircase is made of powder-coated steel scissors and steps. The feeding box is made of MDF boards. The use of these low-wear materials ensures safe use and a long service life of the Type 18 Univers scissor staircase.
