Description:
The Type 1 Passive Plus attic staircase from Minka, which is suitable for passive houses, convinces with its excellent insulating power. It has a top U-value of 0.33 W/m2K without upper cover and 0.19 W/m2K with ISO upper cover as well as an airtightness of class 4. In addition, the Type 1 Passive Plus is fire-retardant EI260, tested according to ÖNORM EN1363 and EN1634. Thus, it has been proven to achieve a fire resistance duration of at least 60 minutes.
Flexible Design:
The Type 1 Passive Plus is suitable for ceiling openings measuring 110×70 cm, 120×70 cm, 130×70 cm and 140×70 cm. Depending on the size, it can be used up to a room height of 300 cm. Optionally, there is the staircase with a divided middle section, which means that no fold-out space is required. Except for the yellow safety handrail, the entire attic staircase is kept in a simple white.
Sustainable use:
The metal of the Type 1 Passive Plus loft staircase is surface-finished with a powder coating. This makes the material extremely wear-resistant and resistant. Thanks to the stable steps, the position of the last step in the feed box and the included steel handrail, the Type 1 Passive Plus loft staircase enables a pleasant and safe ascent and descent.
